Adjacent north-facing trapdoors in vertical position all change state when any one of them is updated

How to Reproduce:

Place trapdoors that are closed in the north position (north is the position where TNT moves when it ignites) and make sure that they are vertically in the same row and break a block by one and the whole set of trapdoors will open.
