Serious skin bug in miltiplayer

So I thought they fixed like they said they did. But now in multiplayer you see everyone else as the default "Steve" skin. I wish Mine craft would at least try and fix some of these major bugs. I'm trying to play Five Nights At Freddy''s minecraft version and now I cant!
