Editions Button gone means I've lost content I purchased.

Had minecraft PS4 for years before bedrock. One day logged on and had no editions Button. I had it for a month or 2 after Bedrock but one day completely gone.emailed mojang and it's been months with out a reply! I can't use some  Dlc such as Texture packs and skin packs on bedrock And even if I could I would still want my game back. At the end of the day,I need my game back that I purchased and Even if it's a bug I would like some clarification or at least some info rather than Being left in the dark and I hope you're Working on a fix for me and many other ps4 minecraft users. This issue has been around Since the launch of it and haven't heard a single thing from the mojang team despite it clearly being a bug that needs addressing.
