I cant connect my account

Actually its been 7 months i try to fix this bug, AND i still cant connect my xbox account, Well when i connect my xbox account they said i cant play online because im not autorised to playing LIKE THIS : XBOX SAID I CANT PLAY BECAUSE MY SETTING DO NOT ALLOW ME TO PLAY REALMS AND SERVER . BuT My setting said I CAN PLAY ONLINE. I ALLOWED ALL !! BUT DEFINITELY MINECRAFT DONT WANT ME
