Duplication glitch

So basically I will be playing on my Minecraft survival world and it will just randomly kick me out of the application. When I open Minecraft up again it says it didn’t crash, but when I go back to the world i was playing I will start from the last point when the game saved, so all the new stuff I did on my world before it saved again was gone, I also had double my stuff and some stuff was gone. One time it happened I had double all the netherite tools I had, but my elytra’s and fireworks were missing, another time it kicked me out of the application again, I had two shulker boxes on the floor one with all my red stone another with my netherite gear before it closed, but when I loaded it back up all my netherite gear was gone.
