PS4 stuck at ' Sign in to "PlayStation Network" '

Upon loading Minecraft, the first screen has the

 

"Sign in to 'Playstation Network' "  button on the bottom left.

Pressing this does nothing.

My profile won't load, and my realms are unavailable.

 

I have deleted Minecraft from the PS4 and deleted all the save data, and re-downloaded from PSN.

 

I'm a PS+ member, up to date, and all other games and online features are working correctly.

 

If I choose "Find cross-platform friends" , I can get to a screen that takes me to https://aka.ms/remoteconnect  but trying to link this results in an error screen.

 

" We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong. "

 

Please tell me how I can get this resolved.
