Cave Creepy Sound Effect still effects even if your far away from caves.

I am making my house at the top of the hill. When I decided to mine below it, I found a cave then starts to sound its creepy sound. When I go back at the top after mining, I went to my house and then suddenly a cave sound effect starts to play even though I'm at my house. The cave is 50 blocks below my house so it's impossible for a cave sound to play at my house. Please fix this because I don't want to hear that sound effect especially when I'm at my lovely house. It creeps me destroys the enjoyment of the game. Please fix this bug.
