unable to input text sometimes

since the 1.16.1 update hit my coding experience with command blocks has become more annoying.Every now and then i can no longer imput any kind of text. In chat, signs, command blocks ect, and its really annoying. This hasn`t happened before in any other version as i was playing with the same setup for my xbox for months now. If i restart my game,world,xbox , its inconsistant as sometimes its resolved and other times it`s not. Extremely fustrating
