huge fps decrease

i'm working on marketplace map. It has command blocks and custom entities...etc
when i join the world its normal and my fps 200+ ,but after 5-10 minutes fps start to decrease even if I'm afk until it reach 15 frames or even less. this problem started to happen in nether update
