Cannot place or drop crimson hyphae after mining it with a Silk Touch tool

Summary:
Mining horizontally placed crimson hyphae with a Silk Touch tool causes it to not be able to be placed anymore.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place crimson hyphae horizontally (not vertically, otherwise it will not work)
2. Mine the crimson hyphae with a Silk Touch tool
3. Try to place the crimson hyphae

Observed Results:
The crimson hyphae cannot be placed.

Expected Results:
The crimson hyphae should be able to be placed.
