Banner glitches

Hello, I am here to report some bugs in Minecraft (Windows 10 edition.) When I place a banner on a block above the ground, it will go through the block beneath it. Also, when I take banners from a loom, and I separate the banners in my inventory, I cannot put the banners in the same slot.
