Minecraft title screen text glich

Whenever I log on to minecraft the title screen glitches and comes up with different text and is clearly unreadable. Im not sure if it is a resource pack I put on that has gliched or the game being buggy.The only way I can fix it is if I uninstall the app and reinstall it and not close it otherwise it will happen again!
