Disconnected Microsoft Account

Okay, so I Have been playing Minecraft for a really long time, so I decided to make my own Microsoft account so I could join The Servers, I created the account and everything was going smooth-until I logged into Minecraft one day, tried to join the servers And the servers where not there. I played in my world-and when I went to save and quit it said that my account was disconnected and that I had to log back in or something like that. So I logged  out and then logged back in, But the servers where still gone, so I went to change my avatar-but the characters never loaded. It would be nice if you could tell me how to fix this.
