Giving people capes that shouldn’t be obtainable.

Ever since 1.16, everyone has received the Founder’s Cape, which was a limited time item on the store meant to me exclusive to people who owned Minecraft during that time. But the 1.16 update made it available in every players inventory, whether they received it from the store or not.
