PS4 edition crashes mid-game consistently

When playing on the PS4, Minecraft crashes with a C34878 code consistently after about 30 minutes.  I have completely removed/reinstalled the game and reupdated the game and the issue happens on both 1.16 and 1.16.1 versions.
