I can't select any buttons and I can't exit Minecraft.

This happends on the Menu screen This Annoys me on my Computer. There's a chance more likely 90% Chance that I can't select buttons the Panorama turns so laggy. My Computer won't respond. ALT F4 Doesn't work either. The Only to get out of Minecraft is when you're running Task Manager too. I can't use CTRL + ALT + DELETE cause its frozen.
