Random Load Teleport

When I started my game back up, I started underwater in a cave at three hearts and was instantly drowning. Before loading, I was on the surface working on a building project. I knew where I was when I died by looking ya my coordinates, and within a minute (real time) it was all gone. I had lots of enchanted stuff as well as many diamonds
