Buzzing And Static Noise

When I launch Minecraft Windows 10 Edition the minecraft music and sounds are unbearable to listen to. It does a crackling noise when the music starts and it seams like the music is lagging which creates the buzzing noise to. Not only that when I play in any world the music static and buzzing noise continues. 

Its not my pc because all the sound drivers are fully updated and the noise doesnt appear on any other games I have on my pc. It only does it when i play minecraft windows 10 edition. my minecraft java works perfectly fine with no static or buzzing noises.
