The face of items no shown on screen with black and glitchy pad

I never seen this issue in previous version of Minecraft creative mode or maybe survival mode as well  but when 1.16.1 came then there came a minor issue..That is when I tried to write the name of item on pad that scene appeared glitchy or laggy with the face of items not shown and full black screen with only pad then I tried again and same issue coming so please please Mojang fix it as quick as possible otherwise it would be very difficult for us to play..I will be very thankful to you if you fix it quickly..You can see it in the screenshot.
