Camera resets (only while riding) when switching 3rd to 1st person

When you are riding, if you switch from 1st person to 3rd (then to the backwards camera) and then back to 1st person, the camera resets position to one direction (I think North?). It is very annoying, and more so with the new Nether update while riding the Strider.

I did some testing and happens if you are riding a:

• Horse
• Strider
• Pig
• Minecart

Surprisingly, it does not happen while on a boat.
