Can't Load into Friends worlds or my worlds.

I play on Nintendo Switch, I cannot load into some worlds, mostly my friend's worlds. When loading into one of my worlds, the system repeats the same note of music, if I close the game during this time an error occurs. When loading into a friends world, it will be stuck on "locating server". I would love to have this fixed.
