IPAD issues requiring delete and reinstall losing created worlds

download MOB squad texture - froze up everything whereby we had to delete Minecraft and reinstall - losing all created worlds.    this has happen before with other MOB - how can we prevent and/or not lose world on reinstall / reset back to normal Minecraft bedrock version
