Killing a Zombified Piglin using a piercing crossbow with a Healing Arrow will cause the Piglins to target the arrow

With a Piercing Crossbow, shooting and killing a Zombified Piglin with healing arrows will cause any nearby Zombified Piglins to target and attack the arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a crossbow and arrow of healing
2. Enchant the crossbow with Piercing
3. Spawn multiple zombified piglins
4. In Creative mode, kill one zombified piglin with the crossbow

Observed Results:
The zombified piglins target the arrow of healing.

Expected Results:
The zombified piglins should not target the arrow of healing.
