Wither boss too powerfull

I spawned in the wither boss and  as usual started to kill it but then when I died with Full NETHERITE amour I died to the wither effect and all my amour blew up please bring the damage down because I've since deleted that world because my piramid got destroyed and I had to activate cheats because of the amounts of lag the wither causes because of the destruction please do something to make me feel confident fighting the wither
