Nether update textures don't work on realms

All of the textures work when not playing on a realm. When I attempt to use this pack on my realm it tells me that I need to download it. Doing so downloads and applies the pre update version as well. If I attempt to remove one pack it doesn't save. If I remove both, save, then add just the updated one it automatically adds and uses the old one instead.
