Disappearing villagers

I have had villagers in a medium area that is very well lit and it has a bed and table. Every once in a while they just disappear. Also there are no zombies or zombie villagers in the area. We check on them every day. Also it happens throughout many worlds and happens more often to master villagers. I would like this to be fixed soon.
