Game crashes after a couple minutes of gameplay in singleplayer

Game crashes after a couple minutes of gameplay in singleplayer and playing on LAN networt. However it does not crash when playing in the multiplayer servers from the multiplayer option. The screen goes white and i can see my cursor then it just crashes.
