Freezes when trying to log in

Hello there,

 

I am writing in because my account is freezing On either the loading screen or on the "play and settings screen." I have restarted  the PS4 multiple times, both resting and hard restarts, and this has occurred each time. I have done everything I know to do, except uninstall and reinstall the game. Is there something else that must be done? Attached are some images of the screens it freezes on. The furthest I have made it to is the "play/settings" menu.

I have also tested our internet, which is operating well, and have had no issues with logging into other online apps, such as the Netflix, Hulu, etc., so I am resolved to believe the issue is on your end.
