Skins wont work

I'm on console and this glitch is extremely annoying. Lately my skins haven't been loading at all and I cant use them on slot worked but now it doesn't and I've lost all the skins I got and now I cant use any skins and if I find a free skin a like it is gone and I cant find it so if there was a recently used skin tab that would also be nice. This is not new its been happening alot but has gotten worse sense the new update
