Game Crashes When Opening Profile

Whenever I open my profile in-game (either in menu or while in a world), my game always crashes. I know it's not my PS4 because it works just fine in other games and I have a ton of extra storage space. It's been doing this for about a week now (even after the 1.16.1 bug fix). Because of this, I just try to avoid going on my profile altogether whilst playing.
