Parity: Crimson & Warped Fungus cannot be placed on Mycelium

This bug is a parity issue, since fungus can now be placed on mycelium in the latest Java snapshot of 1.16.2.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Get a crimson/warped fungus
2. Place them on a mycelium

Expected Results:
They can be placed on mycelium

Observed Results:
You cannot place them no matter what.
