Mob spawing issues in well Lit building.

Ok the issue I'm having Idk if it has anything to do with the recent nether update or not or its cause i build outside . Here's the problem I built a big building an inn barley outside  the map have it well Lit but not matter what spiders  skeletons even creepers spawn in it is anyone else having this problem?
