Sail the 7 Seas not tracking no matter what I do.

The achievement never progresses no matter what happens. I have attempted this across multiple worlds and even got a custom world while ensuring that cheats are not on. Friends of mine who have the same version as me have been able to get the achievement without a problem and it is only me who has been receiving this issue.
