Animals not dropping meat when killed; Monsters not dropping items when killed

Hi, I do not know why animals not dropping meat when killed, even for the monsters, they are not dropping items when killed in Minecraft windows 10 edition. So far I killed 20 animals and 10 monsters but still not dropping any items.
