A world I was playing on won't load when I try to play on it anymore

I was playing on a world and I've done a lot in it, I saved and quit, but now when I try to play it says there was a problem loading this world. Other worlds load just fine. It's very upsetting, I don't want to lose my work. Can I have some help please?
