Plethora of Cats trophy doesn't unlock

Spent hours trying over and over again meeting the requirements and the Plethora of Cats trophy doesn't unlock. I did it on multiple preset seeds like "Savannah village" over and over again on new worlds or copied worlds. I've unlocked this on Xbox One, but it didn't work on PS4.
