Ghost water source

• I saw these ghost water source when I was mining. You can't pick those water up using a bucket
• Step to reproduce:
• 1. creat a new world and go to the cave
• 2. block the source of the water fall
• 3. repeat step 1 and 2 until you see the ghost water source appear (try pick up with bucket to make sure it is actual ghost water source)
