Piglin legs are not mirrored, similar to the issue of pre-Java 20w22a

The left leg of piglins and zombified piglins simply reuses the texture of the right leg, and does not mirror it.

Steps to recreate:

Spawn a piglin/zombified piglin.
Expected results: Legs are mirrored.
Actual results: Legs are identical.
