Minecraft crashing after attempting to creating or joining a world.

Dear to whoever reads this,

Minecraft is bugged for me at the moment, like the title mentions, I can't create my own world or join my friend's world. Even after updating my Minecraft verison to 1.16.1, I have been having this issue, when the Nether update came out.  I tried everything that I can to fix the issue myself. I deleted and re-installed Minecraft 4 times and even restarted my PS4. Nothing wasn't working. With this bug, its making the game unplayable for me. I thought the 1.16.1 patch would address the issue, instead it causes more of a problem than a solution. Until then, Im playing other games that are playable than your game.
