Game Crashing too frequently

Hi there,

I'm having quite a lot of issues with the current version of Minecraft on my PlayStation 4.

My game appears to be experiencing a number of performance issues, especially when playing on my friends' Minecraft worlds.

The game is, more than often lagging behind my actions in game. For example, if I interact with a chest, the game will take an average of 3-4 seconds to process that I've actually opened the chest. In this 3-4 seconds I can still move around and interact with the items in my hot bar. Until the game catches up, and finally accesses the chest.

I know that it seems like this might be an internet issue, but I can assure you, these issues happen to my friends as well, and quite a lot more often than me. On top of the performance issues, the game will frequently shut down/crash, displaying a blue screen reading: An error has occurred: CE-34878-0. This wouldn't be a problem usually, but as it's happening every 30-60 minutes, this is extremely infuriating. This doesn't only happen when I'm playing with my friends either, there's been a number of times where my PlayStation has displayed the same screen when I've been playing an offline single player world.

I hope there can be a resolution made from this issue.
