Error occurs in Minecraft bedrock ps4

On Minecraft Bedrock on the PlayStation 4 edition, I am unable to play Minecraft logged into a Microsoft account without an error occurring in my Minecraft. This happens to a number of my friends aswell. Even if log out of my Microsoft account it will still crash every 10-60 mins which is very annoying and has caused me to die numerous times. Please fix
