buggy parrots

when i was at my survival world after i updated my minecraft to 1.16 i noticed all of my parrots war flying in the air but before i updated the game i remembered that i commanded them to sit when i walked up to them they war doing there sitting animation but they war flying up in the air when i try to sit them up it won't let me
