Controller response delaying

Hello! I have noticed this for a long time now.When you try to  press some buttons[e.g. pressing the A button],the output is delayed.this is especially noticable with the right joystick

 

How to repro:

1.move your right joystick

2.You'll feel the delay in between moving the right joystick and then your character actually moving
