PS4 Connections

My boyfriend recently got a PS4 so when he tried to join my world it would not allow him. When he was on Pocket Edition it let him join perfectly fine. I made sure the world was open and my Nat-Type is Type 2. 

I've even tried making new worlds to see if that was the issue but he can't seem to join any of my worlds.

I can join his worlds perfectly fine so I have no idea what the issue is. 

I'm hoping you guys could help.
