Quit the game while in a bed and now it keeps crashing

So, I was in a rush to get off my game and I went to bed because it was night time and then once I was in bed quickly pressed the quit option on my xbox home screen, I didn't think this would do anything so I went off to do things and then I came back recently to hop on and continuing playing and when I opened my game and loaded up my world it just had a black screen with 2 options to choose from at the button like I was in a bed and then a few seconds after it immediately crashes the entire game. I've loaded this up about 6 times now to see if I could press a or do anything to exit the bed or see if there was a chance for it to fix itself and it hasn't at all. I really don't want to lose my world, I've built things with 3 other friends on it and we spent a lot of time on things. Thank you. Also, I apologise if the photo and video quality is bad. It's very dark here and my camera doesn't always focus the best.
