Purchased skins and mashups not showing up correctly

For example, my Halo and Skyrim purchased mash ups are not present on the bedrock version. I reinstalled them all from the xbox one edition, logged in, and they were there on the old version. I then launched bedrock again, those are not present, only my greek mythology mashup shows.  I also checked the windows 10 version and it had the same issue as my xbox version, greek showed up but not my other packs.
