i can't connect in a marketplace or play online with a friends

i can't connect or buy, play online with my friends. we have a server but I can't get in. Lost items are not bought on the market because they do not load anything (as the game does not download data) I hope it helps me to be very frustrated and discouraged by this bug. Thanks.
