Owned packs not showing up in owned packs section

On both of my ps4 and my Android phone, I would go to my owned skins section and not be able to see any of my skins, I use the birthday 1 pack constantly which makes this a problem. It also doesn't show my skins when creating an outfit in profile, which is very troubling.
