Piglins won't pick up gold to barter.

I started on a creative world and flew right to the nether to "start" off. After mining a bunch of gold I tried to barter with the piglins and they won't pick up the gold. Agro, not agro, creative, nor survival. I've tried with many of them. I am on Minecraft on the Xbox One (Bedrock Edition). This is not the Xbox edition
