Unable to change username

I had previously changed it with Ӥ3" then i was going to change it again with rainbow colors but after i deleted the first text i wrote it wouldn't let me type anything. I trying restarted the app closing it from the multitasking and everything but nothing

(It is actually version 11.1 but the reporter says it doesn't exist so i cant post it that way)
